The ruling Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) candidate in Kinondoni by-election Maulid Mtulia has been declared the winner
Mtulia garnered 30,247 votes against his closest rival Salum Mwalimu (chadema), who garnered 12,353 votes.
