Rumours
of Mr Nnauye’s news conference spread on social media yesterday after
Singida North MP Lazaro Nyalandu announced that he ditched CCM to join
Chadema.
“Breaking news: Hon Nape Nnauye will address a
press conference on Tuesday at 11.00 am at Hyatt Regency Hotel in Dar
es Salaam,” information circulated.
Mr Nnauye denied having such a plan and warned rumour-mongers against using his name for their benefits.
